The business first started as Alan Lee & Associates in 1985, operating as a Home Loan Mortgage Originator & Finance Intermediary. Rapid growth led to the formation of AAA Financial Corporation in 1995, which incorporates all the business operations of Alan Lee and Associates.

As a mortgage manager and finance originator, AAA provides residential, commercial, industrial, construction, development, rural, equipment leasing, Prime and Sub-Prime, conforming and non-conforming, Full doc and low doc loans. AAA will also assist clients to seek loan packages for situations that are unique to their specific financial circumstances. AAA will consider all loan requests, including those that banks and other financial institutions deem too risky or difficult to handle.
