  • For purchase or refinace.
  • One of the lowest interest cost products available for this class of security.
  • A first registered mortgage loan over rural, commecial or residential real estate.
  • It can accomodate a wide range of urban and non-urban securities ie. rural, commercial, specialised, and rural/residential.

    • Terms: 1 to 5 years interest only OR 15 years principal and interest.
    Loan Size: $50 000 to $3 000 000.
    Max Lending Ratio:
    40% Rural and Specialised.
    65% Commercial.
    55% Industrial.


    Lite Doc Commercial Rural Loan

    A loan product light on financial documentation

    Under less than ideal circumstances, it may not be possible to provide complete financial details;
    Financial details may preclude someone from regular lending.
    A business loan especially designed to cater for the individual with:

    • Limited financial documentation
    • High sevicability ratios
    • Negative credit listings
    • Recently discharged bankrupcy
    • Or difficult securities

    Rates typically vary from 7.99% to 11.00%.
    No redraw facility but NO ongoing fees.

    Terms: Interest Only up to 3 years.
    Loan Size: $50 000 to $4 000 000

    75% Residential
    70% Commecial, Industrial, and Retail
    60% Specialised
    55% Rural


    No Financial Commercial Loan
